Today, that opportunity lies in Africa. In addition to our modern hatchery in Ivory Coast, we are making plans to establish new locations in other African countries.

That’s why we’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job. Someone ready to spread their wings, embrace a new culture, and help build a hatchery from the ground up.

As site manager, you’ll be the face of Lafaut Poultry in Africa. You’ll lead the team on the floor, monitor the quality of the hatching process, keep administration well organized, and maintain close contact with our head office in Beselare. You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships in the region. Because you’ll be working daily with local teams and international partners, it’s essential that you communicate fluently in English and French. In short: you’ll take full responsibility for a new location that’s ready to grow.
